Review policy
How ratings and reviews are handled — and what we will not do.
No fabricated reviews
We do not invent reviews or ratings, and a new or unrated business is never shown with a default score. We do not blend external ratings invisibly with our own.
Attribution
Any externally-sourced rating is stored with its source, count, and retrieval date, and displayed with attribution only where the source’s terms permit. Aggregate rating structured data is used only when we have valid, displayable reviews.
